Title 24 - 2016 Changes

Are you up-to-date on California's Title 24 chaanges for 2016?

About 30% More Complicated Than Current Code

We hosted a new Title 24 Facts Seminar on June 9th, 2016 sponsored by Marvin Windows & Doors and Integrity by Marvin. If you are a residential architect or builder in California, you must know the facts.

The California legislature enacted the Title 24 energy standards in 1978 that are contained within Title 24, part 6 of the California Code of Regulations. Compliance is required for building permits. The code enforces energy efficiency standards in new and modified homes and commercial buildings.

Our T-24 expert and presenter for this special program was Chuck Clemons, owner Energy Calc Co., San Rafael, California. He has 27 Years of energy consulting and T24 compliance documentation experience, Certified Energy Plans Examiner and Certified Energy Analyst, B.S. Environmental Resources Engineering (Energy Systems Emphasis) Humboldt State University and is a former lecturer- Sonoma State University (Computer Applications in Energy Management & Design).

If you were unable to attend, read the 2016 Energy Code Fact Sheet. Then register here on our web site to receive seminar and special programs announcements. We are transitioning to e-mail announcements for most events and will not be mailing via the USPS in the future.
