Our Black Magic Cocktail with Guinness is a well-balanced, smooth adult drink, accented with hints of blackberry. Add a little mystery with bourbon, grenadine and lime juice, and garnish with blackberries. It’s the perfect drink for your Halloween party and anytime.
Ingredients
120 ml (½ cup) Guinness
4 tbsp bourbon
2 tsp grenadine or sugar syrup
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
5 fresh blackberries & extra to garnish
lime wedges to garnish (We like an orange slice)!Instructions
- Add 5 Blackberries to a cocktail shaker and muddle.
- Add bourbon, grenadine and lime juice to the shaker.
- Half fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 30 seconds.
- Pour into a rocks glass filled with ice. Stir in the Guinness and garnish with a lime wedge and a couple of blackberries threaded on a toothpick.
